- Lubricate each movement part once in the afternoon and once before cutting. Use the observation holes of the upper and lower knife blocks to observe the actual cutting position. Use the scale slider to block the material and place the bus bar on the workbench. Determine the cutting size, and then press the busbar with a pressing handwheel to prevent the material from lifting and damaging the mold.
- Lubricate the moving parts once in the morning and afternoon before punching. During the punching process, ensure that the processing data adhere to the level.
It is worth noting that the punch replacement of the busbar machine must use matching molds. When performing punching processing, remember not to mix up and down molds with different inner diameters. When processing long-term holes, the direction of the upper and lower molds must be consistent, otherwise, the mold will be damaged.
